Day 1 – Chennai Arrival

Your Rajasthan tour with Chennai starts with your Chennai arrival. You will be shifted to your hotel. The remaining day will be at your discretion.

Day 2 – Chennai Excursion

Your 2nd day will start with healthy breakfast. You will later start exploring Chennai sightseeing places. You will visit –

Marina Beach – It is the second largest beach in the world. One can stroll on the wide spread silver sand while pristine water touching your feet will be a pleasing experience. You can do activities such as fishing, surfing and beach volley ball in here.

The Huddleston Gardens of Theosophical Society – It was established to create universal brotherhood. Here you can earn teachings of all religions to elevate the quality of Humanity and its power.

Kapaleeswarar Temple – The temple is oldest and dates back to 7th century during Pallava Kings reign. Dravidian architectural style of temple is spectacular.

National Art Gallery – This marvelous gallery was established in 1907 AD. The gallery is classified into four categories Tanjore Painting Gallery, Ravi Varma Painting Gallery, Indian Traditional Art Gallert and Decorative Art Gallery.

In the evening you will return to your hotel. Enjoy your overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 3 – Travelling to Delhi (By flight)

The next morning you will take your scrumptious breakfast and then you will start flying towards Delhi, the capital city of India. In approx 2 and a half hour you will arrive at Delhi airport. From here you will be received by our representative who will escort you to your hotel.

You will have some rest and later you will start with half day Delhi sightseeing. You will visit places such as –

Red Fort – The huge wall of this fort is marvelous and splendid. Built with Red Sandstone this edifice is serving as ceremonial ground where National Flag of India hoist every year by Indian Prime Minister.

Chandni Chowk – This is also called moon light square. The Chandni Chowk market was established by Jahan Aara, daughter of Shah Jahan. One can still feel the same Mughal charm while exploring the market.

Rickshaw ride from Khar Baloi – a spice market, to Chandni Chowk is quite mesmerizing.

Here are some more place that you can visit if time allows – Qutub Minar, Raj Ghat, Parliament House, President’s House and Lotus Temple are just to name a few. Return to your hotel and enjoy your overnight stay in hotel.

Day 4 – Mandawa Travelling

The next morning after the breakfast you will take a ride towards Mandawa. Mandawa is popularly known for its regal mansion popularly called Havelis. Located in the Shekhawati region Mandawa often called as open art gallery.

On your Mandawa arrival you will be shifted to your hotel. You will have some rest and later start with Mandawa excursion. You will visit –

Castle Mandawa – Former castle now converted into heritage hotel is a synonym of extravagance. Beautiful designs, murals and paintings enhances the beauty of this castle.

Havelis – Mandawa is known for Havelis. The most important one from the point of view of tourism are Hanuman Prasad Goenka Haveli, Double Haveli and Jhunjhunwala Haveli.

Return to your hotel. Have scrumptious dinner and off to bed.

Day 5 – Travelling to Bikaner and Excursion

In the early hours of the morning, you will have your breakfast and later you will be started travelling towards Bikaner.

Bikaner is a charming city of Rajasthan that is quite popular for not only its regal architecture but is also known for offering wide range of Indian snacks and sweets. On your Bikaner arrival you will be transferred to your hotel and freshen up for Bikaner sightseeing. You will visit places such as –

Junagarh Fort –This huge fort is spectacular. It was earlier called Chintamani Mahal when it was commissioned at 1478 AD by Rao Bika. The fort complex is compact with different palaces, gardens, balconies and kiosks.

Karni  Mata Temple – Popularly called Deshnok Rat Temple, the place is known for housing ample number of rats. These rats are worshipped here and are considered sacred.  Devotees feed these rats with milk and Prasad.

Return to your hotel and make an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 6 – Jaisalmer Travel

The next morning you will have your breakfast and then you will be getting ready to drive towards Jaisalmer the Golden City of Rajasthan. Jaisalmer is known for rich heritage sites, plush architectures that are built with the yellow sandstone that gives the new and the unique look to the these building.

In net approx 5 and half hours you will be in the lad of Desert city where you will be transferred to your hotel. You will fresh up and then you will leave for exploring –

Jaisalmer Fort – This is a beautiful fort which is built with yellow sandstone. The fort is also called the Golden Fort due to its yellow hues that it throws when rays of sun puts on the architecture. This fort is also listed as the UNESCO declared world heritage site.

Jain Temple Temples – These beautiful temples holds a prominent place in Jainism. The monuments are famous for their intrigue carved walls that depicts the scenes of sages, hermits, animals and etc.

Kuldhara Village – This is also known as the haunting spot in Rajasthan. The village is centuries old and is abandon for 200 years. The place was once habitate by the people. The place is mysterious. Visiting this place will be a pleasing as well as the spooky experience for you at the same time.

You will return to your hotel and transferred to hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7 – Travelling to Jodhpur

On the following day you will be starting your day with healthy breakfast and then you will be starting with the Jodhpur travelling. Jodhpur is also known as the Sun City and the Blue City of Rajasthan. The place is beautiful and is listed as the second largest city of Rajasthan. Not only for its regal architectures but the city is also known for its sweet dialect and the heartwarming hospitality.

On your Jodhpur arrivals you will be transferred to your hotel freshen up and then start with excursion of Jodhpur sightseeing places. You will visit -

Mehrangarh Fort – This is listed among the largest Indian forts. The huge walls of Mehrangarh is compacting a grand edifice that will complete your Rajasthan tour. It was established by Rao Jodha and completed by his successor. It took 500 years to get its final architecture.

Umaid Bhawan Palace – Royal and extravagant, the Umaid Bhawan Palace is beautiful and is the largest private residence in the word. Umaid Bhawan Palace is among the last built palaces in India.

Return to your hotel and go for the overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 8 – Jodhpur – Udaipur

The next morning you will be savoring your scrumptious breakfast in your hotel. Later you will start driving towards Udaipur. Udaipur is also known for pristine lakes and rich heritage sites that make the tourism of the city pleasing.

You will reach Udaipur in next 5 hours approximately. On arrival you will be shifted towards your hotel and freshen up. Later you will drive towards Lake Pichola.

Lake Pichola is beautiful men-made lake and is also featuring as the biggest lakes in the city. You will love enjoying the boating in Lake Pichola. Watching a charismatic sunset view from Lake Pichola will be quite alluring.

You will return to your hotel and enjoy your scrumptious dinner. Later go to overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 9 – Udaipur Sightseeing

The next morning you will savor your healthy breakfast and then will start with Udaipur sightseeing. You will visit the places such as –

City Palace – This majestic palace is beautiful and enchanting and is quite famous for its magnificent architecture. The palace is compact with a crystal gallery that is compact with antique made up of crystal glass which are extravagant.

Saheliyon Ki Bari – Later you will visit Saheliyon Ki Bari aka garden of maidens. The place is compact with well-manicured gardens and beautifully carved stone pea-cock. The place was especially built for royal lades of the then era.

Jagdish Temple – The temple is marvelous and historical. It is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The Jagdish temple is compact with black idol of Lord Vishnu and golden idol of his vehicle Garuda which is made up of brass. There are some other shrines also that are nestled in here that are dedicated to lord  Sun, Lord Ganesha and Goddess Shakti.

Later in the evening you can start exploring the nearby markets of Udaipur which are popular for handicraft items. Udaipur is generally famous for wooden toys.Return to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 10 – Travelling to Jaipur via Pushkar

In the morning you will have your breakfast and then you will be off to Jaipur. En-Route you will also visit the holy city of Pushkar. Pushkar is generally known for holy ghats and Brahmma temple. On Pushkar arrival you will be visiting the both.

The banks of Pushkar Ghats are amazing. You will also visit the only Brahmma temple in the world in Pushkar. Travelling forward you will arrive at Jaipur. You will be transferred to hotel. Later you will be visiting Chokhi Dhani.  Chokhi Dhani is a village theme resort where you can enjoy scrumptious Rajasthani cuisine, folk dance and folk music, puppet show and many other things which will let you introduce with soul of Rajasthan.

Return to hotel, enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 11 – Jaipur Excursion

Following morning you will start your day with scrumptious breakfast. Later you will start travelling towards Jaipur sightseeing place. You will start Jaipur excursion in the early hours of morning by visiting –

Amber Fort – The huge fort where one can see the grandeur of bygone Rajputi era. People love the exotic elephant safari at Amber Fort. Shila Mata Temple and Sheesh Mahal are the major attraction of this edifice.

Hawa Mahal – Built in 1799 AD, the Palace of Winds is famous for its 953 small windows called Jharokas which were used by royal ladies to see daily happenings of the city. It is built in the form of Lord Krishna’s crown. Small museum in palace holds some amazing relics and miniature paintings.

City Palace –Built in 1732 AD by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, City Palace occupies one seventh part of the old walled city. The place once served as the residence of royals. Today Chandra Mahal is the part used as royal residence. The palace complex also holds famous Govind Dev Ji Temple.

Jantar Mantar –This is the biggest royal observatory among all the five in the country. It was constructed in 1733 AD. It was used to calculate time also the solar and astronomical calculation. Jantar Mantar is featured on UNESCO declared world heritage site.

Return to your hotel after whole day of sightseeing.

Day 12 – Jaipur to Agra Via Mathura and Vrindavan

The following morning you will take your breakfast and start travelling towards Agra. On your way you will also visit two most prominent devotional places namely Mathura and Vrindavan. Both the places are highly associated with Lord Krishna. Former one has been a birth place of Krishna while in the later one he spent his adolescence.

Located on the banks of Yamuna River Mathura is famous for devotional places such as Govardhan Hill, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple Complex, Dwarkadheesh Temple and Gita Mandir. While Vrindavan is majorly known as the place where Lord Krishna did various Leelas with Goddess Radha. Famous tourist attractions in Vrindavan includes Banke Bihari Mandir, ISKCON Temple and Shah Ji Temple.

Travel forward towards Agra, transferred to your hotel and an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 13 – Agra Excursion

The next day will start with visiting to Taj Mahal in the wee hours of the morning. Watching Taj changing its hues will be a spectacular thing one can see during Agra excursion. You will later back to your hotel, have breakfast and then will get ready to start Agra exploration. You will visit –

Agra Fort –The sign of Mughal power, Agra Fort is an interesting fort boasted with the history of 3 generations of Mughal. Akbar Built this fort, Jahangir lived here and Shah Jahan died. This grand edifice is actually worth exploring.

Tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daula – The tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daula is also called Baby Taj. It is a marble tomb the architecture of which is an inspiration to build famous Taj Mahal. Paintings in Itmad-Ud-Daula are embellished with semi-precious stones and are carved in the form of trees and wine bottles.

Taj Mahal – Have your scrumptious lunch and later start with Taj Mahal excursion. You will visit this symbol of love and get detailed tour of Taj. Located beside placid River Yamuna, Taj Mahal is listed among UNESCO world heritage sites.

In the evening you will also visit the old markets of the city. The mesmerizing old Mughal charm can still be felt in here.

You will return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 14 – Travelling Back to Delhi

In the morning you will have your breakfast and then start travelling back to Delhi. On Delhi arrival you will be transferred to airport and board on a flight to your destination onwards.

Note: Tajmahal remains closed on Fridays Red Fort, Akshardham & Lotus Temple remains closed on Mondays
